We have a nice little cherry tree right outside our house and this year we made great use of it. Every spring it has some sour cherries. This year, it was a really good harvest. Henry enjoyed climbing the ladder to help Daniel pick cherries.
After picking the cherries, Daniel pitted them with Henry's help. We made two delicious cherry crumbles and cherry jam. Both turned out quite well and we look forward to enjoying the jam throughout the year.
